We have a community of members who just come for the sauna and ice baths. Not having the hot tubs lit in the mornings means that we can make the mornings more affordable and accessible for people to make this as part of their everyday routine.

You can cancel yourself on the app or by logging in 24 hours in advance. After 24 hours you will need to contact us. Any Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 6 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable and non-transferable .

We allow 18 people to book dropin sessions in the Sauna & Ice sessions when we have both saunas running (not hot tubs).
We allow a maximum of 20 people to book drop-in sessions in the evenings (with hot tubs).
We have two spaces available on the waitlist. If you take one of these spaces you will be made aware anywhere up to 30 minutes before the session if one becomes available and you can decide then if you take it.
Yes you can either add friends through booking a drop in. Or you can contact us to book the place privately. We offer various private booking options from anywhere between 10-30 people.

Head to Gift Cards page on our website.
Then choose the gift card you would like to purchase. You can either choose to email the gift card to the recipient or you can print the gift card at home. If selecting emailing to recipient you can choose to send it to them on a specific date in the future.
We also sell physical gift cards from the reception

Yes, please bring two towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one for after your session. We also rent towels from reception if you forget to bring one.
Please wear appropriate swimwear for the sauna.
Yes, we have heated indoor changing facilities with individual changing rooms.
If you have never been before, please arrive 10 minutes before your session. If you have been before, please arrive on time for your session. You will be let in on the hour.
Parking can be found on the street, or you can park at Asda for free for 1.5 hours. There is a parking eye in The Feel Good compound, so we do not advise parking on site.
While our insurance covers any age in the spa. Our drop-in sessions, the age limit is 10+.
Any children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
