HOT | 15 MINUTES

Elevating the body's temperature either in the sauna or hot tubs leads to the expansion of surface skin blood vessels, which helps to lower blood pressure and enhanced blood circulation to the skin and muscles.

COLD | 1 MINUTE

Using one of our cold baths prompts the skin pores to shut, retaining previously absorbed heat and elevating blood pressure, preparing the body to expel toxins and prompting the muscles to release tension.

RELAX | 5 MINUTES

Indulge in a moment of absolute relaxation in our chill out area. This stage is highly recommended as it helps the body's blood circulation and heart rate return to its natural state.

An amazing hidden gem! Our experience from start to finish was so lovely, great changing facilities, the outdoor spa area is so private and tranquil, the wood fired spa pools and sauna were really spacious and hot, and the cold plunge pools were perfect for cooling down in between. Really nice to have a changing space and a dry area for belongings. Sauna is excellently hot, and a really nice size. Ice baths was big enough to fully submerge and good to have the option of the not so cold tub also in case you don’t like it too chilly.
