Our Services

At Saunassa, we are proud to provide an accessible Nordic Spa experience in Newquay. Our goal is to provide a place where people can come for rest, recover and socialise in a safe space, that promotes overall health and wellness. With a wood-fired sauna, hot tubs, chilled baths, cold plunges, and a place to relax. In the mornings we offer just sauna and ice baths. Then in the evenings we offer the addition of the hot tubs. We do this simply because some people are sauna lovers and some people are hot tub lovers and we find this caters too all.
