Newquay
Our original home, right in the heart of town. Sauna, hot tubs, ice baths, and the community that started it all.
Saunassa started here, in a courtyard behind The Feel Good Building, from a simple idea: make sauna culture accessible, affordable, and all about community. Years on, it’s still the same fire, the same ice, and the same faces who keep coming back.
